Documentation

Montenegro is not one of the countries of the Schengen agreement and independently establishes the rules for entry into its territory. Residents of Russia can rest in Montenegro for 30 days without having a visa. If the period of stay in the country exceeds a month, Russians have to register it.

For travel, Russian tourists need only a passport. It is important that it continues to operate for 90 days after the alleged departure from Montenegro. Medical insurance is issued at will, the customs office does not ask about its availability.
